Warm and earthy
Sage and olive tones sit quietly against mature trees and brick neighbors, which is most of the older Long Island and Brooklyn housing stock.
James Hardie siding is known for lasting. Looking right for just as long is a separate engineering problem, and it is solved at the factory rather than with a paint roller. Here is the Statement Collection, the 700-color Dream Collection, and how we help you choose.
Our design team brings samples to the house and coordinates siding, trim and soffit together.
Elite Preferred is James Hardie’s top contractor designation. Every Good Guys installer is Hardie Alliance certified.
ColorPlus Factory-applied finish on HardiePlank® lap siding
James Hardie groups the Statement Collection by color family so coordination is easier. Neutrals run to soft taupes and grays like Cobble Stone, Pearl Gray and Aged Pewter. Bolds carry richer hues like Evening Blue and Gray Slate. Light neutrals such as Arctic White and Light Mist keep an elevation fresh. Rustic tones go warm and earthy, like Mountain Sage and Timber Bark.
HardiePlank®, HardiePanel®, HardieShingle® and Hardie® trim and batten are all available in these colors.

Rich EspressoA 4-inch sample and a 40-foot wall are different experiences. These are Long Island and Brooklyn projects in four very different directions from the same range.

Sage and olive tones sit quietly against mature trees and brick neighbors, which is most of the older Long Island and Brooklyn housing stock.

Boothbay Blue, Evening Blue and Deep Ocean read as traditional near the water and as confident inland. White trim does most of the work.

The strongest move in the range. It needs crisp trim lines and tight joints to look deliberate rather than heavy, which is an installation question as much as a color one.

Rich Espresso and Timber Bark give the warmth of cedar on a board that woodpeckers and termites have no interest in.
ColorPlus® is applied and cured under controlled conditions and is what the 15-year finish warranty covers, paint and labor included. That warranty is only possible because the board underneath holds its line. Wood moves with the seasons and vinyl expands and contracts with heat; a board that moves cracks its own paint, and then the joints open.

The Dream Collection adds close to 700 further options, all of them ColorPlus finishes, grouped into Earth Tones, Classic Lights and Darks, Blues and Greens, Peaceful Pastels, and Grays and Neutrals.
And if the exact shade you want is not in either collection, ask us about James Hardie custom color. It is a real option and most homeowners are never told it exists.

The Statement Collection holds the core range you see below and covers most projects. The Dream Collection adds close to 700 more, grouped into families like Earth Tones, Classic Lights and Darks, Blues and Greens, Peaceful Pastels, and Grays and Neutrals. If none of those is right, ask us about custom color.
A finish applied and cured at the factory in controlled conditions rather than rolled on in your driveway. It is what the 15-year finish warranty covers, paint and labor included. Field-painted board is an option but sits on a different maintenance and warranty footing.
Yes. James Hardie publishes a color and design guide, and our design team will bring samples to the house and coordinate siding, trim and soffit together. Color reads completely differently at full scale, in your light, next to your roof.
Yes. HardiePlank, HardiePanel, HardieShingle and Hardie trim and batten are all available in Statement Collection colors, so you can match deliberately or contrast deliberately rather than by accident.
ColorPlus finishes carry a 15-year limited warranty against cracking, peeling and chipping that covers paint and labor. That warranty exists because the board underneath is dimensionally stable: a board that moves cracks its own paint.
Our design team brings samples out, coordinates siding with trim and soffit, and gives you a written scope. No cost and no obligation.
